Failed to connect

Please please help me. I switched to Fios cause I was sick to death of Comcast.
I can't believe it but I have the same issues. Often during the day - and I mean very often - I get a pop up that says the Internet lost connection!!!! This is with my smart phone and all my computers including my iPad!
How can I lose connectivity when it is hard wired as well as using a router?
I want to upgrade to Quantum but know it won't make a difference.
Every time I call, they check and say the connection looks good from their end and when
I troubleshoot from the computer it says everything is fine!
But it's not fine!!!!!!!!!
I am definitely getting intermittent signals. I live near Hunt Valley and have a 4g phone
But definitely not 4g service which I am paying for!
Please! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Some thoughts:

Same problem with two providers would suggest the problem isn't with the provider.

Same problem with multiple devices would suggest the problem isn't with your equipment.

What is left is the wiring within your home.  A loose connection, a bad connector, or damaged cable.  My guess is that when FIOS was installed they connected to a junction box and used the existing house wiring.   The easiest way to verify that would be to run a temporary cable from the junction box to the router.
