Ashburn, VA  user here. My  2yr bundled contract expires in a few weeks, debating to go w/ FIOS 75 or 150 Mbps Internet only OR switch to Comcast for 150Mbps (they have current promotion - 1 yr contract = $89.00)

My question:  is this problem w/ fluctuating speed still the issue? If so, than there is no difference - Verizon Fios vs Comcast xfinity

yes still an issue what's weird is im in new york and my 2nd node on my traceroute is, i'm positive this node is whats causing the issue.
