I've spent several hours trying to sort out installation of the VISS. It downloads and installs EXCEPT for successful completion of the activation process. The installation cannot access the Internet, nor can anything else access the Internet. Going into Security Center and turning "off" the firewall, virus protection, and all else does not help. I try to log into Family Protection, hit the "Login" button after entering logon credentials, and absolutely nothing happens.
I unstalled just the Family Protection product and now Security Center activated, all items "on" and is working, as is access to the Internet by everything else.
I have a Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit system, and had no other protection products running during all of this.
Anyone else experienced a similar situation?
