I live in baltimore, maryland --> my internet suddenly crashes and comes back online, crash happened around an hour ago, and once it came back online, it was EXTREMELY slow and laggy, I play World of Warcraft (some of you play or have heard about it) -- during a very important raid (can't miss out!) and I can't play at all because of this speed/lag/delay.
I've never had this type of problem before, I have restarted my router to see if that changes anything, it does not.
I connect wirelessly using a wireless adapter, have tried restarting that as well, doesn't work, can't call Verizon because they're closed and they're closed on the weekends...so I can't inquire about issues in my area, anyone else having the same problem near my area?
Here's my tracert to www.google.com:

Hi, I don't have any Verizon services or live in Maryland, but I do have a friend that is having your issue near that area (somewhere near Baltimore). We were playing some DDO actually XD. A lot of people were getting hit with lag spikes that were causing a large amount of disconnections, including myself, and I live in Kentucky with a completely different provider.
Hope it gets taken care of soon.

I'm in MD too and my internet is super slow too but it's been that way since I got FIOS. Forget trying to watch videos 😞 I just can't do it and it's not my computer because I have 3 and it's the same on all of them 😞 I can't cancel though because I can't get anyone on the phone. I just canceled my charge card so hopefully that will help me get rid of this service so I can go back to my regular cable company.

I too having the similar probelm. Ever since i upgrade my verizon dsl to fios 2 months ago, my internet is always laggy after 4am. However, last week the lag begin around 12am everyday(NEW JERSEY) I dont find any problem during the day but at night, its horrible , when it come to gaming, its unplayable. This is really unfair and wrong, i paid for the services . I already called the Tech support 2 times and nothing solve. Already got my desktop and laptop optimized , still no help. A month ago, my bussiness phone keep having no dial tone and it coming back every 5 minutes. It took Verizon nearly a week to fix the problem. Everytime the tech come to my place , they couldnt find out the problem was, got the ONT BOX changed too , until the third one came out, he said it might be the Pod card and it IS THE PROBLEM after all. I am really sick of this.
here is MS during the day time
