I have a 35 / 35 service. My connection appears to disconnect every day from 11:30AM to :01:30PM. First time I called support, we went through the varios steps to restore.When this did not restore the service, they suggested I disconnet ONT battery and disconnect ONT A/C power.
This resotred the service. Now I am experiencing this problem on a daily basis. I no longer bother calling the Verizon support,but do recycle my ONT.
When the services go down before you reboot the ONT, have you been checking to see what the status lights on the ONT are doing? On the inside of them there are often status lights that are worth noting down that may indicate what the problem is. Find these lights and when you do, take note of their color, if they're blinking or not and what the light represents.
It might also be worthwhile to ask the FSC to take a look at your ONT's logs before you reboot them. They may be able to find out why it's happening if it isn't dropping out completely.
