For two weeks now I have been trying to get Gigabit internet installed at my home that already has FiOS. I have now twice gotten a text saying that the order cannot be completed and my gigabit internet installation has been cancelled yet again. I even used the chat assistance to schedule this installation the second time and this has happened again. Any idea what the deal is here? I didn't change any part of the order and made no cancellations. I am just trying to get gigabit internet as my house already has an ONT.
