FiOS available in all buildings around except mine?

Whenever I lookup FIOS availability online- it shows it's available to all buildings/homes that surrond me, yet its not available to me??   I live on a main street, so I don't understand why this is an issue.  Its been this way for over a year now.  Calling in to Verizon has not provided any answers...   I do live in an apartment building- could this have anything to do with it?  If thats the only reason- they are basically passing up a large chunck of customers in this one building- most of whom hate the cable co, while the entire town around us is being served. Smiley Sad

Hi, yes the fact that you are in a apartment building may be the issue. Verizon does provide FiOS to apartment buildings, but the approval for installation must come from the manager/owner. I would contact him/her if I were you and ask about it.
