FiOS cannot access eBay

Message 1 of 3

What's up with this? I cannot access it on any device. I have rebooted my modem/router.

I can only access it if I go on my VPN.

Do I need to break my IP lease for this to work? How long does it take to be re-assigned a new IP?

Not sure if this happens on other sites as well. So far, I've only encountered it when accessing eBay.

You might try getting a new IP address.  It usually can be done in 10 minutes or so.

Specific steps can be found here:

If those steps seem too complicated for you then just power down your router over night. Try it in the am. If you leave it off over night you will also get a new ip
