16 days ago, I placed an order.


Did not answer one question right during credit verification.


Since then, I have spent 30 hours, talking to 18 agents from different teams (credit verification, tech, sales, social) and still my order is pending. 


Here is what I have been doing missing school and work for last 3 days:


STEP 1: They schedule the agent's appointment

STEP 2: Next day I call in

STEP 3: After 20-30 min waiting, the sales says I have an order pending due to credit error. They transfer me to credit verification. If call disconnects, which it usually does,  GOTO STEP 2.

STEP 4 after 4 tries: The verification team says I am already verified. 

STEP 5: Transferred to the sales department
STEP 6: Wait for 10-15 minutes

STEP 7: Explain everything to them 

STEP 8: They give me a new order id, schedule technician for a new day, they say it is escalated technician order. I look at the order id, it is still the same not new. 

STEP 9: Other stuff for 20-30 mins

STEP 10: Wait for technician to arrive. 



Repeated this process 4 times now.  I believe this is total bull**bleep**. 


The go for masses, not quality.
