Verizon doesn't comment on when they will bring service to new areas

I have been unable to find out from Verizon why they skipped Putnam Road in Foxborough, Massachusetts and wired all of the surrounding streets. This is not a new area, but one that was skipped for unknown reasons. There is no one that I can call at Verizon to find the answer. Thank you for responding.
