Does Verizon Fios have a department that handles complaints? I have searched and searched on Verizon's website and Google for any contact information to where I can submit a complaint with Ladale, Customer Service Supervisor at the Irving, TX location? With no published contact information it seems that Verizon has the mentality that it they don't give the customer the option and the means to file a complaint then it will just go away. Any help would be appreciated.

Nope not on all bills. Might be in Texas. But this is not the first place for a complaint. Someone who has one of the the Verizon escalation numbers (excutive offices, etc) should post them.
I honestly don't know the answer to your question, but I will look and let you know what I find out.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience- please let me know if there is anything we can help you with here on the forums! We do want to make sure your original question/complaint has been addressed.
I agree, there is no way to formally register a complaint with verizon. The automated Customer service rep seems to be your only option online as I've tried to use the online chat and every time I've tried, they say it is either closed or unavailable du to a high volume of people using it. I think they purposely try to direct you to "automated man" so they don't have to solve the problem
Heather - That is the problem. No one within Verizon Customer Service has the answer to this simple question or gives a **bleep**. Where can the customer file a complaint on Verizon customer service? Since there is no formal published address, email or phone number it only leads the customer to believe that Verizon does not care, so if they do not have a deparment to handle customer issues then that means Verizon does not care. Please correct me if I am wrong. I have been trying for weeks to follow correct Verizon procedures to file a complaint, but as we have discovered I, along with most other Verizon customers, am running in circles.
Because Verizon chooses to ignore customer issues, and the fact that Verizon employs individuals such as Ladale in Irving, TX, I looked into making the switch to Time Warner. It's widely known their customer service is not much better than Verizon, but we will get the same if not more for less per month, and their $150 gift card promo will pay my Verizon cancelation fee and then some.
I called the toll free number a while ago and did something similiar. I had a couple follow up calls and everything seemed to work out. I believe they transferred me to a dept called retention, but I can't remember. I was mad enough to cancel at that point, and the dept i mentioned was able to take care of my concerns.
