 I've been having problems with this internet service since I had it when I first signed up for it I signed up for Verizon files but somehow I have this one megabyte per speed dial up mess dead I never signed up for every time I call they keep putting me off on someone else and nobody can seem to help me with this internet is not staying connected and it keep freezing upand everytime I speak to someone they keep telling me different stories about what's going on with my internet I'm tired of it I'm about to disconnect this internet and go to the other internet company because I can't seem to get no help here
