When ever I play Final Fantasy 14 in the afternoons between 6pm - 12pm I experience frequent lag and disconnects. Apparently I am not alone.

I don't seem to be having issues with any other service I use on the Internet. Is there a way to fix this? The service is becoming unusable because of this.
From that thread it seems like the problem is with Final Fantasy (Square Enix) or their ISP provider. Not much that Verizon can do unless you can trace the delay down to some Verizon server you are using.
