I signed up with a Fios promotion that includes Amazon Prime and Echo. The link in the email that comes to redeem your echo goes to your account but there's no option to redeem. I've seen this posted multiple times by other customers who have the same issue. I've also called numerous times to verizon (I've spoken with 8 reps and 1 chat-agent) and I've been shuffled around without answers. I've come to believe this promotion is a Verizon scam. In fact, one agent said he had tried numerous times to email me a new link. I never received Prime/Echo Redeem not showing up
received the emails so he told me it had to do with my email account (despite the fact that I receive everything else Fios-related)
