My wifi has been unstable for the last few days. I finally went ahead and chatted with Verizon last night and we shared screens and the nice gentleman helped me through to find the problem. High ping. My wifi will just loose Internet connection because of such a high ping in my wifi. The man sent this issue to a higher team. Is their any way that i can fix this my self.
