My New 1 GB service is terrible. I realize everyone is saying they don’t get 1 GB service, I am only getting about 60 MB upload and download. I changed to 1 GB because VZ changed last year to only allow 5 users active at one time. I didn’t realize that my internet would be unstable. My PC constantly tells me. Our main TV tied right into my Fios to TiVO box cuts out on a rare occasion. We have a repeater on each floor. On the third floor where we have direct coax cable to a TIvo mini our TV is basically unusable. The TV whether it is live or recorded cuts out every few minutes. It never once cut out with 75 MB service. I am ready to get rid of the 1 GB service. We have to reset the router at least every half hour. What else can we do and I am ready to call VZ?

Have you checked your ont when having issues too see if there are any error lights?
