Our Fios Quantum Gateway G1100 fi-fi network frequently stops working. Wi-fi devices will show to be connected with full wi-fi connection strength, but will not be able to load any web pages. Ethernet connections still work normally. This is only solved by rebooting the routrer, and happens about once a day.

My personal opinion and those of others (google terrible WiFi with Quantum Gateway Router ) is that the router is sorely lacking in WiFi power and coverage. You could simply call 1-800-VERIZON and ask tech support to get you another router.
or you can purchase your own router with dual or triband wifi and set it in access point mode. Then turn off the WiFi on the Verizon router and just receive dhcp from the Quantum and let your owner owned router handle ip assignments and better more stable WiFi.
Please note that others will say they never have had a problem with their Quantum router but it does not mean yours has failed.
Good Luck
