Who knows why the Devices&Parental Controls on My Fios App doesn't work now?

I use to check which device is connected to my router when I am away from home. But now I can not. I try to uninstall the app and reinstall it. it doesn't work even though i am at home now. it always say router can not be accessed now. please try again later.

Have you tried ego reboot router?
