Fios Quantum Router restarting itself at midnight

I just got the quantum gateway router on Sunday and everyday so far at midnight the router restarts itself. Is there a way to disable this setting. This is really annoying and I have asked Verizon in chat support but they are useless.

Its not a setting in the router.

My router has been up for days.

Anything in the logs of the router?

What could it be then. Between 12:00-12:05 am it restarts itself.

Check/post up the router logs. That's the only way we're going to get started with whatever is occurring. If you can set up a Syslog server to capture logs, in case it's being cleared due to the reboot, that may help. Possibly trying to do a firmware update, for one. 

Is the power source to the router and/or the ONT reliable? If it's consistent on such a schedule I would consider seeing if there is a timer on the power source for either.
