Fios Sign Up Promotional: Amazon Prime/Echo

Hello,

I have been trying to redeem my promotional for Amazon Prime and 2nd gen Echo since I recieved the email on back in mid decemeber stating that I am able to redeem. The problem is when I click on the link on the email, it takes me to my fios website where there is no redeem link. 

I've tried calling multiple times, but I just keep getting transfered between dept, and no one is able to help me.
