Hi, I just moved into my an apartment confident that I will have internet soon thereafter. Verizon Fios is widely available in my city and I saw no reason for concern.
Also I moved into an apartment that has attached houses and my next door neighbor, literally 10 feet away from me, has Verizon Fios. But.......
Nothing!! Website shows up that Verizon Fios isn't available in my area, and the first CSR I called said my whole neighborhood isn't available. But that isn't true, since many of my neighbors have Fios, and my next door neighbor also does!!! So...
I called again, this time getting a CSR that said he sees that my neighbor has it.... and doesn't know why I'm showing up as unavailable.... Said he'll forward my request... but nothing!!! Never got contacted again after that, and I'm still Sitting here waiting for internet.
Please, if anyone can help. Who should I contact, or what can do to get this set up?
