I can no longer access my Verizon e-mails from other computers like I did with DSL. What do I need to do? When I try to log on from another computer to my e-mail account, it says the username or password are incorrect, which is not the case.
Have you tried logging into your e-mail using Webmail? You should be able to get to it by logging into the MyVerizon website and then choosing E-mail from the website Navigation, or by visiting webmail.verizon.net and attempting a login from there. If you log in without a problem, your username and password should work just fine on your PCs.
If you are using a PC client, it probablty is a mistake in settings. E.g. secure password is not supported. Clear and Apop are.
