Hi - I've searched and see this issue pop up with no resolution, so I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm in a building in NYC that has FiOS, with several of my neighbors on my floor having FiOS. However for some reason my unit is "not eligible", which doesn't make sense. Is there a NYC specific FiOS office that I can call to help me with this issue?
