I want to give credit where it is due. people are quick to complain but not compliment.
my fios double was installed recently and it was a very smooth process.
the tech was nice and his work was neat and professional
he pointed everything out to me that he installed. he only had to make one hole in the wall for the power
because he utilized an existing coax.
he checked my connection and it was as close to the 10/2 as Im probably going to get. I saw that it was good
my pages are still not fast enough for me, but I can view tv shows online and online videos without interruption
which is what I wanted.
I think my page lagging is due to stupid things i downloaded for malware and spyway. I dont even know what those things are!
so far so good
of course, a day before installation I called for another reason and customer service was trying to convince me that my order was on hold and my installation was not confirmed. they wanted me to change my date (from a weekend). I said no, lets wait and see what happens. low and behold I was installed on the weekend. as usual the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.... but I
knew that from reading these forums.
