First off - I was going to phone this in, but you have no support PHONE NUMBER posted ANYWHERE in your support section on the main website, so, here goes.
Order shows completion on March 8th. Speed is still topping out at 50, so my internet was never reprovisioned. Using the ethernet port on my ONT as I have for months now. My own router which has no bandwidth limiting enabled.

its on the contact us portion on the website.
after you call simply have them provision you to the correct speed tier. It’s done over the phone.
if using your own router there is no support for it since it’s a non Verizon router.
verizon will test from their network to your home ONT and If provisioned correctly that means you need to reset your personal owned router back to factory and then test it again.
