Dear Verizon,
Myself and anyone else who signs this thread is officially putting you on notice that we will be canceling our service if Netflix streaming does not improve. We each pay you a large amount of money each month for high speed internet so that we may do things such as stream HD video. In this regard you have been utterly failing.
Remember that you have primarily built your service into areas with existing broadband service. This means that we do have other options and these other options are not having any trouble streaming Netflix.
It comes down to this: stop intentionally allowing Netflix streaming to degrade or we will be canceling Fios. Simple as that. We won't be canceling Netflix and we certainly won't be switching to Redbox Instant.

Being unable to stream Netflix in HD during primtime (and increasingly non-primetime) hours.
