On August 16th, I received an email from Michael Cingari, Director of Customer Loyalty, stating "We want to thank you for your loyalty to Fios® by giving you an
upgrade to ultrafast Fios 100/100M Mbps Internet at no extra charge." However, two days later, I've learned that Verizon is now charging an extra $15 a month to my account. Verizon crammed a 25% increase!! I did not request an upgrade either. No thank you to your "gift", Verizon!
