I got notification of my free upgrade to 50/50 speeds a few days ago. Speed tests on speedtest.net and Verizon's test tool consistently show 50-60 up but download speeds of no higher than 26. Tests were done on a wired connection. I ran Verizon's speed optimizer tool, checked my cables, and factory reset the router. Any other suggestions before I resort to the live support chat?
