I want to register for the free WIFI available at hotspots. I have FIOS 20/5 service and I'm told I'm eligible. I've been in touch with many techs at Verizon and I've been told that my account needs updated to reflect that I have 20/5. The MY Verizon page shows I have 10/2. I've been told that my problem has been escalated and to wait 3 business days. That was 3 weeks ago. If I've been paying for 20/5 and getting 10/2 then I deserve a refund.
