You guys are lucky. Mine doesn't have the correct phone number listed, AND it doesn't recognize the billing account number I give it. I'm at a brick wall and I contacted frontier and was told to wait until April 1st and try again..
I tried tried the Chat option through Frontier. My information was not found....etc either. The rep gave me time and hours of operations to call for new billing issues..etc. What?! I am so going go miss Verizon and will surely find another provider.
