Full wireless sars, no internet connection

Hello everyone. My wireless had begun acting funny a month ago, it displays full bars on my computer however the internet connection does not work on any device wether it be xbox 360, macbook, or a windows laptop. It goes out for a few minutes at a time, randomly, and comes back on with no change (the wireless signal still stays at full bars). I've tried resetting the router.

I called customer service and they have been absoloutely no help to me. Has anyone had any similar problems?

If you have full sars (sorry I couldn't resist 🙂 ) I suspect something has changed in your security authtentication.

Try going in to the router's setup and temporarily  turning off whatever security you're running, WEP,  WPA, or WPA2.  See if you can connect then.

If that works, then turn WPA or WPA2 on and re-create the authentication key.  If it doesn't work...well, let's see if it works.
