I am absolutely spitting mad. I have been unsuccessfully trying for over an hour to speak with a Verizon representative. I have been disconnected by their telephone system 4 times and I am very very close to just disconnecting the internet and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Pride yourself that you didn’t have to speak to anyone at AT&T.

i spent 48 minutes speaking to some of the most incompetent support people on the planet. I ended up just ending the call and fixed the problem myself. I have them for car internet. 

@i normally have pretty good luck with Verizon support. You might want to try @verizonsupport on twitter or you can keep trying to reach them on the phone.
