G1100 Vs Actiontec MI424WR Rev I

i am just wondering what are the advantage G1100 router have over MI424WR Rev I after looking at it seem has MoCA 2.0 and and ac speed that it

One difference is that the G1100 is newer and from a different manufacturer.   Main difference it has DUAL band wireless 802.11AC.  The actiontec is only single band( 2.4) wireless 802.11N.

 

Its not clear if the MOCA 2.0 support makes that much difference at least as far as Verizon configurations are concerned.
