I woke up today and my router had a yellow light instead of white. It is not working. My TV services are still working. I have restarted, rebooted and everything else to no avail. I have been on hold now with customer service for almost 4 hours and still have not spoken to anyone. I would like to file a complaint with corporate. As it should not take 4+ hours to speak to a human.
I have tried chat, and they won’t connect me to anyone. This is insane.
