Getting Fios in a brand new home

I'm moving into a brand new home on a brand new street in a community that supports Fios.  Fios has already come and installed their things (I don't know what they are but they're sticking out of my lawn and the builder has confirmed Verizon has come and done their setup)

My street isn't in their system even though their engineers have apparently gone to my street and set things up.  When I called, the customer support representative just basically said to try waiting a while.  Having internet this week is very important to me so I don't just want to wait and hope.  How can I escalate this and get some actual help?
