Any idea how to actually get verizon to care about there customers? I have called numerous times to get a cable buried, every time it's the same story, "your problem will be fixed in 24-48 hours" and no one ever comes.
last time I finally asked the customer service rep for the local team number so I can call them to schedule the cable burying myself, they refused to give me the info, They said they contract that out and additionally refused to give me the name of the contractor that they use.
After I asked to speak to a supervisor he also refused. A total waste of time to put in customer service complaints with there call centers. They are absolutely no help.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
