I suggest downloading two free programs and see if either will identify and remove the infection:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Super Antispyware: http://www.superantispyware.com/
You may have to/probably should download them on another computer, put on a flash drive or CD, and install them from there. If the malware prevents you from installing them, you can sometimes get past that by booting into Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key (repeatedly) during boot (before the Windows logo shows up).
Both programs are free and well respected. I suggest trying these before doing anything else.

Make sure you upgrade the defs before you run it
Then adaware
Again make sure you have latest defs
Both free
If you're not running any av software then load Avast (again free)

Just for completeness, here is a link to the Malwarebytes Forum entry which describes the infection and states that Malwarebytes Anti-Malware will in fact remove the Security Master AV infection:

ALSO get a root kit remover and run that. I personally use and recommend Smitfraudfix.exe (the one that says it is not associated with Joe Danger). update it in windows and then run it in Safe mode.
also
do an 'msconfig' in the run box and click on the 'startup' tab, then be sure to at least uncheck anything that does not have a name.
click apply and then restart normally. then click the box not to notify you again . . .
