In January 2019, I signed up for Verizon Fios monthly plan which promised a $50 Amazon Gift card. As of today (March 29, 2019), I have yet to receive my card nor any updates related to it. Verizon's customer service number is literally a joke, as I am currently on hold for a customer service rep and have been waiting at least 15 minutes (not including the amount of time I had to deal with their ridiculous automated robot whose purpose is to try to get you to hang up.) Can I please be contacted regarding this?
