I have FiOS Internet 50/25 service and have no problem connecting to websites, but in the past week the connection to my VPN at work has started dropping constantly -- within 30 seconds to 2 minutes of connecting.
I am running Windows 7 and connect to the VPN via a SonicWall Virtual Office client (SSL-VPN). I have a Verizon MI424WR Rev. I router.
I called Verizon tech support and was told that the router is functioning fine. Checked the firmware on the router and it appears to be up-to-date.
I'm completely exasperated and would appreciate any suggestions!
