This is really ridcolous when I first started with Verizon I had the first tier of Quantum, than I elevated to the third tier. Can someone tell me why Quantum is advertised as so fast and you will not see buffering?
I see it more now than b4, I am getting ready to dropped it back bcause I am not satisfied and money does not grow on trees.. Oh and do not blame the website, my friend has TWC and her internet is faster.

What sites are you having issues on? I'm assuming Netflix and/or Youtube.

Really I am having problems when playing games online. I tested the speed with Verizon's own tester and the speeds were no where near what my speeds should be at and that is very disappointing indeed.

What speeds are you getting with a wired connection?
Also, what latency do you get when you use http://www.pingtest.net/ ?

If you're not getting your advertised speeds to VZ's speedtest with a wired connection, then there is a problem and VZ should address it.
