I think what's happening is, that you have your camera's doing dynamic ip or auto ip. you want to give your camera's their own static IP Addresses.
so go into your camera configuration menu and assign
192.168.1.200 camera 1
192.168.1.201 camera 2
192.168.1.202 camera 3
etc.....
Then go into the router, and re-do your port forwarding to these fixed static ip addresses, and then you shouldn't have that problem.
