Help with Quality of Service (QoS)

Hello all,

I'm trying to set up QoS on my Actiontec MI424WR (Rev. I) router. I want to prioritze my Xbox One.

I followed the guide linked below.

When performing an Xbox connectivity test, the test returns 100% packet loss...
