ahhh just tried the serial number it doesn't work, also admin isn't already put in as the user id like it says it should be, i have to type it in =/

It is at the top of the Fios Internet forum page, just above Enter New Message (in red).

It says

Then on the next page under Contacting Verizon, resedntial Voice and data
select contact us
On the next page
Select Call us and enter your zip code - it will return a list of numbers, you probably want the top one
You could try live chat, not sure how good that's might be

well i called them and they told me i would be on hold for a while and to try in home agent, which i have already tried so i guess i'm going to have to wait in line 😛
