I have had that problem, call for tech support, they worked all day, the problem was not here in my
Home or with my equipment. As it turns out , the problem was with their Verizon routers, they sometimes slow down their routers. My speed was supposed to be 25/15 that's what I contracted for. After they got in touch with a tech at their router site and they were able to correct the speed. I am in Virginia.
