I am not that computer savy but even I can tell something is very wrong here. I have talked with Tech support multiple times, each to no avail. I have done everything they have suggested, even as to downgrade my OS from Windows 7 to Windows Vista, apply the hotfix and run the Verizon speed optimizer(didn't do squat).
Surfing the internet is slow. Downloading files is horrid. My son plays World of Warcraft and he is barely able to move his character around, and it showing 1000-1200ms constantly(normally hovered around 50-60ms)
I am pretty much at my wits end. I am paying for 20/5 and what was normally a good service has become increasingly sluggish and the tech support via phone/chat is horrible. It's just cut & paste replies that they give you.
Does anyone have any suggestions at this point or should I contact the billing department?

Check out a similar thread,
"High latency and poor speed tests lately"
No solutions yet, but hopefully we will get some help from a Verizon employee who posted in that thread.
