Like the following 2 posts, I've been getting horrible lag spikes when I try to play any game, mostly League of Legends: https://forums.verizon.com/t5/Fios-Internet/Lag-spikes-since-Feb-22-2017/td-p/831191
My ping and download/upload speeds read the same, my fps stays the same, but my character in game entirely stops responding to anything I do. A few seconds later, everything I'd tried to do goes through. http://www.speedtest.net/result/7288125181
I called Verizon support earlier today. We tried resetting my router and enabling DMVHost. Yesterday I reformatted my computer and checked all my hardware, so there's no issues with those. I've restarted both moderm and router and my computer multiple times. I'm at a total loss of what to do at this point and don't want to give up my hobby because my connection is apparently so terrible for it.

First off speedtest net is not the accepted speed test site. And the test must be run from a computer directly connected via ethernet to the router then to the test server here.
You also have not said what speed you are provisioned for.
and no WiFi stats are valid. Hard wired only (ethernet)
I'm provisioned for 50 Mbps up, 10 Mbps down, and that is typically what I get, regardless which speedtest site I use. Screenshot of speedtest using the link you gave:
I only play on ethernet through a desktop computer. Like I said, the speeds, ping, and fps show no changes when it happens, but everything in game stops responding to what I do. Friends on Discord say my voice sounds robotic and that I'm cutting out when it happens, and only during those lag spikes. I linked the other two posts because it's just like those. It's been happening the past two weeks.
Might be good to open a Trouble ticket with Verizon if you're seeing this while hardwired to the router. The VDSL Setups don't have much troubleshoot to do, and given you're sharing an ONT with others (And it's riding over interference sensitive VDSL), we will want to get the physical link troubleshot first.
