As confirmed with multiple customers working out of the Carnegie, PA central office, we are all having issues with poor down load speeds and extreme pixelation on multiple channels. Can you please get the problem fixed? More than likely a PON card issue. This problem has been reported by multiple customers and has been going on for over a month now. If the issue is not fixed by this Friday 5/20/16 and not given a credit for all of the inconvenience.....bye, bye Verizon.

Couple of comments:

1) this is a peer to peer support forum. Verizon does not monitor these forums. You should contact support for assistance.

2) my company has a ckt in Allegheny county. Not sure if that is near you. It has been out for over a week. We have been told that it is part of a higher level Verizon outage.

3) not sure if they will give credit but never hurts to call and ask.
