Last Saturday a Verizon internet technician arrive for my appointment to install my internet, but said that there was no line installed. But no one came since then to run the line. I have no idea who to contact about running a line. My apartment is Verizon compatible, the property management said so. I have no idea who to contact regarding this problem. I need someone in the field, but it seems like I can only ever reach customer service and they have no clue. Pretty frustrating and I don't want to have the next technician come and not be able to do anything either.
