I have tried calling, Verizon, Action Tech without any luck. I have connected a 3rd party router to my Fios ActionTech router via ethernet and created a new wireless network. I would like to block the users of this new network from being able to log in to my verizon router. Pleas help. Thank you!

first, I think you would want to block administration of the 2nd router from wireless, however the 3rd party does it.
I assume you turned off the wireless in the Actiontec?
Lastly, I don't think you can block administration from wired ports. As suggested, change the password.
