I have tried calling the sales managers listed on verizons website to get FIOS in my building but none of them return my calls. Not sure how to proceed.
My apartement building is in 10032 area code and there are a few buildings that have FIOS.
I hate time warner and very badly .. i mean very very badly want to switch more so for the reason that I get FIOS (quoting the advertizement)
If anyone could give me pointers I would much appreciate it.
Thanks in advance

Have you contacted your landlord about this?

I spoke with the landlord and the condo board and they have asked me to take up the project. Apparently the board tried to call them but no one replied to their calls either.
The board has happly agreed for me take up this project and I have no clue on how to proceed.

This is a peer-to-peer support forum. Verizon doesn't respond to requests posted here.
Have you tried calling Verizon?
Good Luck

Try going to the top. I searched the web and got this information:
212-395-1060 is the number for the CEO’s office.
212-719-3349 is the fax number for the CEO’s office.
212-321-8700 is Verizon Executive Customer Service.
I just called the customer service number and confirmed it is current. I suspect calling them and explaining your frustration MAY get some results.

Thanks PJL.
I tried the customer service number and was able to talk with a rep who knew what I wanted. She promised to get back to me by end of next week.
Appreciate your help.
Thanks

PK09, if you're still there, what ultimately happened?? Did you get FIOS installed in your building?
